The inspiration for the Vat Series came from the early days when our dad, Deen De Bortoli, would personally chalk numbers on vats to mark them out. This generously flavoured Shiraz displays concentrated ripe berry and black fruit characters with firm tannins softened and balanced by time in oak. Serve with red meat dishes, pasta or pepper steak.
